Return & Exchange Policies 退换货条规:

  1. The colour of the product may slightly differ from the actual item due to colour filtering or lighting conditions. Please note that we are unable to accommodate exchanges or returns based on this variation.

  2. Kindly ensure that your selected type, size or colour is correct, as we are unable to modify your order once payment is completed. Please be aware that there may be a 1 to 3 cm variation in measurements due to the different quality of stretchable fabric. Note that we cannot process exchanges or returns based on this variation.

  3. Sale items, accessories and lingerie products are strictly non-returnable

  4. Exchange or return requests for reasons such as received items unmet expectations, dislike for the item, or colour variations will not be accepted.

  5. If customer receives clothing with defects, including damage, unremovable stains/black spots or other reasonable issues, customer need to contact customer service and provide complete evidence within 7 days of receiving the parcel.     6. Size exchanges are allowed based on ready stock availability, and customers are responsible for covering both the return and exchange postage costs. Kindly be aware that exchanges cannot be facilitated once the desired ready stock is depleted. Preorder items are not eligible for size exchanges. To initiate a return, your merchandise must adhere to the following criteria:
    尺码交换视现货库存情况而定,买家需支付退货和换货的邮费。请留意,一旦所需现货库存售罄,将无法进行尺码交换。预购单品无法做尺码更换。发起退货,您的商品必须符合以下标准:

    a. Items must be returned in their original condition: unaltered, unworn, unwashed, and with intact tag (if any)

    b. Items with a dust bag must be returned with both the item and its bag in original condition

    c. All items must be returned within 7 working days from the date of receipt

    d. Buyers assume full responsibility until the returned parcel reaches us

    e. Return or exchange requests will be processed within 7 working days upon receiving the returned items

    f. Returns are limited to one time per order.

Return Procedure 退货流程:

To initiate a return or exchange, request the official Return & Exchange Form by emailing our customer service at alldaylucy.customercare@gmail.com , including an explanation of the return reason. Then, follow the provided procedure within 7 days of receiving your order to complete the return process. 

发起退货或换货,请通过电子邮件向我们的客服 alldaylucy.customercare@gmail.com 请求官方退货和换货表格,并说明退货原因。之后,请在收到订单的7天内按照提供的流程完成退货。


Our customer care team will promptly respond within 3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Please avoid duplicate submissions. Your patience is appreciated as we respond based on the order received.

We reserve the right to reject any returned item if the item does not meet these conditions mentioned above.
