PURCHASING 购买事项
a. Please double-check your selected item(s), ensuring the correct colours and sizes, as orders cannot be amended once confirmed. We are not liable for errors in colour/size selection or duplicate orders. 在确认订单后,无法更改,请仔细检查所选商品,确保颜色和尺寸正确。对于颜色/尺寸选择错误或重复下单,我们概不负责。

BACKORDERS 预购事项
a. Backorders are available for sold-out items within a specified timeframe. 针对特定时间范围内售罄的商品,提供预购服务。
b. Arrival times vary for each item and are indicated on the individual product pages. 每个商品的到货时间不同,并在各自的产品页面上标明。
c. We regret any potential delays of backorders due to unforeseen circumstances, such as delayed shipments. For cancellations due to insufficient stock, and full refund will be issued. 由于不可预测的情况如延迟发货可能导致的预购延迟,我们深感抱歉。对于库存不足的取消,我们将一律发出退款。

SHIPPING 配送事项
a. Orders ship within 1-3 working days (unless specified otherwise or on BACKORDER) upon payment verification. 在付款验证后,订单将在1-3个工作日内发货(除非另有规定或处于预购状态)。
b. Mailing days are weekdays, excluding weekends and public holidays. 邮寄日期为工作日,不包括周末和公共假日。

Return & Exchange 退换货事项
a. Items must be returned in their original condition: unaltered, unworn, unwashed, and with intact tag (if any)

b. Items with a dust bag must be returned with both the item and its bag in original condition
